Warranty Issues

HHS Residential’s warranty obligations are limited to the one-year warranty agreed by and between HHS Residential and the Owner of the Project, and the terms of that warranty are specifically set forth in the AIA Master Agreement and the Express Limited Warranty accompanying that Agreement. All warranty requests will be addressed in accordance with HHS Residential’s obligations under those documents.
